Internet, in-room coffee machine were all extra to the room cost. Our room on the 15th floor was huge with a beautiful double bathroom and jacuzzi within the bath, all lovely and clean! The hotel staff that we came in contact with were both polite and helpful. Pool towels were available leading out to the pools which is a bonus. All in all we would recommend this hotel for its position along the Strip but probably like most hotels in Las Vegas be prepared to for the little extras!

Pretty well located although South Strip would have been slightly better for us. The trouble with Caesar's Palace is that it is too big. We requested rooms close together and they were 9 floors apart - the person who registered us made us feel like we were lucky to get rooms in the same tower. Loads of hidden costs at extortionate prices. A day bed by the pool would have cost $150 for the day! The rooms are nicely decorated but the shower was a dribble - not good enough for such an expensive hotel. Not great service by US standards.

On arrival, we received a complimentary upgrade to the Augustus Tower. Superbly appointed room, with the exception of there being no tea / coffee, or cups / mugs!

Did not get access to our room until 6.30pm and the staff were very unhelpful - we had been travelling all day and were tired, and on honeymoon but this was not really acknowledged. Room - when we did get it was very nice and large, there was a coffee maker in the room, but you had to buy the coffee $12 a go! There was no tea even to purchase. Again a very sensitive mini bar system, although this time we were not billed for unused items. DO NOT make long distance calls from the hotel - these are at least 3X the cost of mobile phone use.
