Good location, very handy to Alamo car drop off. A really good place to stay. Staff most helpful.

Not a great start - the hotel was on a busy street, reception was poor and off hand but acceptable.

What the hotel lacked in terms of style and luxury's (at least in comparison to the Bellagio) it more than made up for in the service. The team were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The location was excellent and great for getting about San Francisco.
