Although the hotel location was very convenient, we thought that the room was small with a poor view at the back of the hotel with little natural light.

Chicago is great. Chicago Loop is a bit oversold as a buzzing place - in reality it is a bit dead particularly at the weekend. Better restaurants are in the 'Near Northside' and so location is good for something’s - EL-Train, Sears Tower but a bit of a walk for everywhere else.
