This Caribbean-style resort sits right on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport and is laid out over 70-acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, making it a truly beautiful place to stay. The apartment-style condominiums are exceptionally well-equipped and you'll really have no need to eat out if you don't want to, although the surrounding area has loads of great restaurants serving the usual huge platters of tasty American cuisine!

This resort is a fantastic place to be if you're the sporty type, with great sports facilities and a fitness centre to contend with. Kids will love the playground, playroom and cinema, while adults can relax and listen to soft Caribbean music by the pool.

All the accommodation buildings have been designed and positioned to provide an open airy feeling with the added attraction of all homes having individual screened enclosed patios or balconies which will overlook either lakes, swimming pools or gardens. Cribs & Highchairs can be placed into the apartments at no extra cost and should be requested at the time of booking.

Why We Love It

Fancy a villa, but not willing to give up the luxury of hotel amenities? This is the perfect comprise, but don’t worry – you won’t comprise much! This small, friendly Caribbean style village is the best of both worlds. The resort is only 38 units big and you have a choice between 2 or 3 bedrooms. All villas include fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and screened patio or balcony. The resort offers several pools, tennis courts, fitness centre, hair salon, small gift and sundries shop, games room, internet cafe and on-site bar and restaurant. All this and it is only 10 minutes from Disney with shuttle service offered daily. Voted the top place to stay in the Kissimmee area in 2006 – this hotel is now one of the top 3 in the entire state of Florida – we agree!
