Perfect location, shame about the hotel. It needs total refurbishment and the staff were still learning their new computer system which affected the service and care provided to the customers. Santa Monica beach is amazing; also it’s only a 40 minute drive to downtown LA.

Very convenient for town, pier and Highway 1. Room a little small and had no air conditioning (ceiling fan instead). Old world charm. Beware: a very meagre Continental Breakfast in foyer.
