The hotel was more of a business hotel rather than for the tourist, but the staff were still more than helpful and thoughtful. We were upgraded into a bigger room with our Hilton Honours card, which was very nice. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Chicago and would happily return, although to a hotel perhaps nearer the theatre district.

Large rooms, helpful staff and a great location for sightseeing in Chicago. Easy to reach from the airport by train and then a short taxi ride.

Bustling city hotel. Room a little tired and worn but not much, very spacious. Felt towels were not as white or soft as other hotels. Just lacked that bit extra. Nice feel to it though, Reception/concierge staff friendly.

Another good hotel but were spoiled with the previous one in Washington. Great location close to Magnificent Mile. Poor breakfast suggest you eat in the Diner opposite which is very popular and excellent food and value for money. Fantastic view from 24th floor room. Problem with basin in bathroom reported first night never did get attended to.

Great location within easy walking distance of Navy Pier and Lake Michigan. So much to see and do along the lake, on the Pier and on the Magnificent Mile. Don't miss the views from the John Hancock Observatory and a city open top bus tour is highly recommended. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. It was situated in a convenient part of the city, with good access to nearby amenities. The room we had was of a very good standard and very comfortable.

Brilliant modern hotel, good size room. The staff were very helpful and polite too. Ideal location for the sights and shopping. Highly recommend the smashing warm cookies!

The hotel standard was what exactly was I was hoping for but not what I was expecting as the holiday was not only last minute but reasonably prices too. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The cookies at the hotel were yummies and complimentary throughout our stay - Fantastic!! The hotel location was the best place it could have been for us, just far enough away to be out of the hussle and bussle but close enough for access to everything we wanted to visit.
