Tired and in my opinion needs a facelift also it annoys when you check in and have to queue for 20 minutes. It is ideally situated though.

Good location for cable car, visitors' centre and shops. The only hotel which didn't/couldn't meet our request for two beds.

Hilton ideally situated for Union Square and Market Street for shopping and near the end of the Cable Car Line. Huge hotel, room clean and comfortable but not as good as Chicago and I think Chicago staff were more personable.

Excellent location, rooms very good, downside it was a very very big hotel, it was a maze to find your way around. Swimming pool was closed when we stayed, which was a disappointment for the kids. Car parking astronomical, but it was the going rate for San Francisco. Also disappointed in that it only had 1 restaurant and it wasn't as varied a menu as I would have expected from a Hilton.
