The location of the hotel was very nice but I found the staff very unhelpful not very pleasant even though I tried to be friendly. The quality of the room was very poor for the amount of money I paid. Even though I knew Miami was expensive would I return to that hotel out of choice in the future, no would be the answer. The room was something out of the 70's. What surprised me were most of the staff were young people and they were so depressing for young people.
