A nice clean hotel in the centre of San Francisco. A very big hotel so no real personal touch but ideal for a city stay.

Good location but not sure I'd rate this hotel as a 4 star. Rooms were quite small but bathrooms huge. If staying in San Francisco again, I think I would look at alternative accommodation. Hotel parking is very expensive as it appears to be at all of the hotels so would definitely advice on using the Mason O'Farrell parking garage across the street if staying at this hotel....saved a small fortune!

Perfect location and enjoyed exploring San Fran, right next to shopping and cable stops not far from Fisherman’s Wharf.

A large hotel, well located for shopping and sightseeing, with many options for getting around close at hand. Staff were accommodating and although we didn't spend much time there, a great base to see San Francisco.

The room was very small and cramped, the staff kept saying there were too busy to help us, and we were just on the edge of downtown which isn’t the best area on not anywhere you would want to visit at night.

Excellent hotel only a couple of minutes walk from Powell St Station with a direct metro connection to the airport. Ideal for Union Square, Chinatown and a cable car ride to Fisherman’s Wharf.

This hotel was beautiful and the service we received was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as we were travelling with a 15 month old toddler. We would definitely stay here again.
