Room was comfortable although small. Hotel is well located on North Michigan Avenue so very convenient for all of the sites and amenities. Used restaurant (Zest) once but not that impressed. Menu was quite limited and expensive compared to what's available outside of the hotel. Room safe was not initially lockable but was sorted out quite quickly for us.
