Address:
350 Stuart Street, Boston
Located at the former Boston Police Headquarters in the heart of the Back Bay, The Back Bay Hotel is one of the city’s newest hotels. Modern, but with a nod to the company’s strong Irish traditions, this four-diamond hotel offers something entirely unique for frequent business and leisure travelers who seek a distinctive Boston address. The Back Bay, is one of the most exciting hotels in Boston. Its design reflects luxurious Irish undertones and its restaurant and stylish bar are the talk of Back Bay.
| Why We Love It | One of Boston’s newest, but oldest hotels! A 1920’s historical landmark which was the former Boston Police headquarters, completely refurbished by Ireland’s premier hotel group. Staying true to the original building, but with a modern lift and a few Irish traditions thrown in for good luck, this hotel is the talk of Back Bay. Cuffs – an Irish Bar offers outstanding value for drinks, snacks or lighter meals. You have to try the Green Monster cocktail and as for the snacks – the bacon, cheese fries and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich are not to be missed!

Good location for exploring Boston. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast expensive but superb quality food – recommend. Good supply of towels with large bath sheets. Would recommend a visit to the Prudential Tower $12 per person excellent views from all four sides giving a panoramic view of the city (50th floor). Visit the restaurant and bar on the fifty second floor. Three course set meal really good value, food superb. Excellent view watched night fall over Boston as the lights came on all over the city. Fenway Park Stadium tour was different, excellent guide, good value for money. Worth buying tickets from the trolley bus company at a reduced price.

An excellent hotel. Its location in down town Boston added real value to our stay. Everything we wished to do was within easy walking distance whether that is strolls on Boston Common or sightseeing along the Charles River. The hotel personnel were professional, courteous and everything was done with a smile. Totally recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

A hotel with a lot of character and history (the original building is the old police headquarters of Boston). Relaxed and friendly, hotel is in a good position within the city. Staff and room were of a high standard.

It gets 10 because I couldn’t give higher. A superb hotel, the best of all 3 by a country mile. Beautiful room with huge bathroom with wet room. Room service outstanding, staff so courteous and gave us hot towels on arrival whilst checking in. They even called our room after an hour to check we were satisfied. Restaurant superb, breakfasts brilliant a classic example of how it should be done. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us forget me knot seeds on departure. Location excellent and I only wish we had stayed here longer. Would not fail to recommend this hotel to anyone.
