This hotel was a bit of a let-down following the Fairmont in Washington. The location whilst centrally located for Union Square was located on one end of the block from a really grotty area. Fisherman’s Wharf is a much nicer area for honeymooners. The hotel itself whilst nice was lacking in facilities, the bathroom had one shelf for toiletries and the bar was a separate entity. There were no tea or coffee machines provided or vending machines for water.
