Renovation & Hotel Information
South Beach Marriott will be conducting major pool renovations May 1- December 30 2007. The improvements include closure of the pool area while the deck is expanded, an additional pool is added, and the original pool is reconstructed. The work will be visible and there will be noise from time to time especially in the beginning.
The hotel also wishes to inform guests of the neighboring construction that has begun close to the property. Construction work will be visible from the south side of the property.The new complex is scheduled to be completed in early 2009.
