Slightly past it's prime but don't let that put you off, this is a great hotel with a great location a few blocks away from the attractions and at a very reasonable price. The room was massive with two queen beds. The location is great, as located within 20 metres of the Symphony subway station to take you into the centre of Boston. If you want to walk, it's only a 15 minute walk to Boston's parks and attractions. It is also only two blocks where the shops at Prudential centre, which as well as shops and restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, is home to the Skywalk at prudential Centre for spectacular views of Boston. The staff were very helpful, the location next to a subway station means that you definitely don't need a car if you stay here. No breakfast or food facilities at the hotel but there are restaurants in walking distance and at check in you can get a voucher for money off breakfast at nearby location.

We stayed here for two nights and really liked it. The hotel is cosy and friendly and is in an excellent location. Across from the hotel is a really nice plaza and the Prudential Centre nearby. A short walk up towards town from the hotel is a great place to eat. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable. The decor is a bit tired, it had a swimming pool which was nice to go in after doing a days touring around Boston. Would stay here again without hesitation. It was quiet too and the beds were comfy.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and of a condition that you expect from a standard room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel was walking distance from shops and restaurant. Would recommend going to the top of prudential tower for excellent views.
