We had the great pleasure to find we did get our ocean suite on arrival at the hotel. All the staff were first class and very helpful. On our last day the pool was unexpectedly closed but the hotel came up with a picnic box to take to the beach and it being my wife’s birthday she got a bottle of bubbly on our return. All in all a very pleasant stay.
