Bordering on a rundown area slightly off the beaten track we were anxious at first however, no problems were encountered. The bedrooms were extremely small but the hotel staff were excellent.

Hotel was a little cramped and its location was in a run-down area. Although we didn't have any problems when walking in the vicinity, we never felt as comfortable as when we have stayed in hotels in the centre and Back Bay areas of Boston. The staff were very good and the hotel had some nice touches such as free wine evenings and reviving afternoon drinks etc. Whilst the rooms were tidy, they were somewhat small and cramped even by US East Coast inner city standards.
