The safe provided in the room didn’t work and it was understood most of them didn’t. Security advised us to get a safe deposit box which was provided free by reception however reception did make us feel we were becoming annoying by asking them to open it every morning.

Lovely hotel, the rooms are beautiful and the location is fab! The hotel is very expensive for eating and drinking in.
