Renovation & Hotel Information
There are currently no renovations happening at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers. 1050 rooms have been renewed recently. The remainder of the rooms will go under renovation in the 3rd week of December 2011. The hotel will be fully finished with all rooms by the 31st March 2012.

Sheraton is in the process of a refurbishment and I think our room was one of those still to be done. I have to say it was on the small side considering it was for a family room for four. Other than that the hotel was a great location and the staff were great. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Really pleased with this hotel. In an excellent location close to Times Square and Central Park. Staff were friendly although waitresses were a bit over zealous for tips in the bar area. Free pc use in the lobby, although this was quite busy. They charged to hold suitcases for you, I thought it was quite expensive, but can't remember what it was now. The room was great, small, but what you would expect in a big city. Coffee maker in room and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Housekeeping also left the correct number of towels each day without prompting! Would definitely stay there again.

Would have been useful to have a fridge in the room as many hotels had this.
