This hotel needs a makeover in rooms and corridors. Convenient for shops sightseeing bus tours its best to pre order taxis or shuttle service as cabs are not easy to hail.

The hotel was in a fantastic location in the centre of town & within walking distance of many key attractions. The staff very helpful & friendly & helped to create a nice atmosphere within the hotel, cafe & restaurant.

Location is brilliant. The room was good but so noisy (street noise) that we asked for a quiet room one for our next visit at the end of our holiday.

Lovely hotel, central location on Powell Street one block from Union square. Room was small but beautifully furnished with everything provided.
