Thirty Thirty has been home to many famous tenants throughout the years including Jacqueline Susann, author of Valley of the Dolls, and Danceteria, a 1970s nightclub where 'Material Girl' Madonna got her break! Tea/coffee making facilities would be good if placed in room. Also make visitors aware at booking stage whether view from window, unfortunately unable to draw curtains open as surrounded by other resident’s windows. I’m sure very common in N.Y. due to skyscrapers, however we would have paid extra for a decent view.

Hotel location could not be any better for what we wanted to see in NY. Room was basic but as we were not in our room much this was insufficient. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

We would highly recommend this Hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was spotless inside and we were impressed with the size of the standard room and it was also very clean. The location was ideal.
