Cool, cool and did we say…cool! First of all their service philosophy - "24/7…whatever/whenever", pretty much says it all. The signature feather bed, 350 count linens, and BLISS products had us forgetting we were in Times Square. The Living Room Bar and Rande Gerber’s (Cindy Crawford’s husband) club The Whiskey, where you can dance until dawn, are again COOL - you have to stay here!
